Pilot Travel Center

Okay so the manager with the yo-yo he can't seem to put the toy down even when he has seven people standing in line granted he was the only one there on a Friday night if he had put the yo-yo down he might have been a little bit more efficient. As far as having to wait 2 hours and 35 minutes for a shower because there's a shower man only wants to clean a few showers an hour it's just ridiculous it was completely absurd there were five showers that were open but he refused to clean them because he said he met his quota for the hour first time I've ever heard something like that in a pilot and they wonder why nobody respects him at this pilot store

One of the last gas stations in Missouri. Staff was nice and able to help with directions. Not very many pumps though. Didn't check out the Wendy's but other customers said it was good.

This is an okay place to stop, but the staff were kind of weird. They weren't outwardly rude, but I kept catching them staring at me, and they would quickly snap their heads in another direction when I looked back. Maybe they thought I was going to steal or something. Also, the pumps are in need of service. I attached a picture of one with a cut up screen and a dimming light that was very hard to read. I can't imagine how hard it would've been had I been a few decades older. If I find myself in this area again, I likely won't stop here.

The store was clean, very well stocked and maintained. Service was great staff was very professional and friendly. 🚺 Drivers restroom was clean and well maintained. 🚿 The showers are clean although a little small but they have lots of hot water with good water pressure. 🍔 For food they have the usual PFJ fare along with a Wendy's for choices. 🅿️ The truck parking lot shows its age but overall it's not too bad.
